Too often it feels like you are so overwhelmed and stressed out you just want to quit.  Or the insecurities and fears start to take over and paralyze you.  Maybe your are a parent who is at a breaking point with your kid’s behaviors you are lost and feel like a failure.  Is the shame and pain from the hurts you have experienced in you life making it too painful to get out of bed or feel any sense of happiness? There is hope out there for you.  Maybe it hurts to look in the mirror and not hate the image looking back at you.  You are not alone and you do not have to keep going down that broken path anymore.  I want to provide a safe and open place for you to unload your worries, fears, hurts, and burdens and begin working together to gain hope and healing.  I love to partner with my clients to give them the tools they need to feel whole and happy again.  Therapy is a process of understanding our struggles and taking the steps to making changes and being transformed. Providing in office therapy in Orlando and  online therapy to anywhere in Florida.

In Office and Online Therapy

Providing therapy in person sessions that are in a safe and comfortable office or via secure video conferencing to  your home, office or even your car, as long as it is parked safely. The  only things you need are a private space, a good internet connection  (good enough to stream YouTube or Netflix) and a computer, laptop,  tablet or smartphone. I encourage the use of headphones or earphones to  increase the feeling of privacy and improve sound quality.
